Effective 8 July 2026. By using Darzeena you agree to the following terms.
1. The service
Darzeena is an AI assistant that surfaces public product listings from third-party retailers in KSA and UAE. We do not sell, ship, or process payments. The current version is H1.01, and features and responses may keep improving over time.
2. Prohibited use
- Adult, pornographic, sexual, violent, weapons, drugs, or otherwise illegal / restricted product searches are strictly prohibited and will be blocked.
- You must not hack, exploit, inject prompts, upload malware, scrape, spam, overload, or otherwise abuse the service. Automated abuse is blocked and may be reported.
- Your use must comply with local laws in KSA & UAE and any jurisdiction you access the service from.
3. Third-party retailers
Prices, availability, and product details may be inaccurate or out of date. Always verify on the retailer's site before purchasing. Any purchase, payment, delivery, or dispute is a transaction between you and the retailer — Darzeena is not a party to it.
4. Content & data
Your chat messages are processed by our AI providers to generate responses and may be stored in your browser to keep your conversation. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do not submit sensitive personal data (payment details, passwords, national IDs) in chat.
5. Intellectual property
The Darzeena name, logo, and design are ours. Retailer names and brands shown belong to their respective owners.
6. Warranty & liability
Darzeena is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service or issues with third-party retailers.
7. Termination
We may restrict or suspend your access if you abuse the service or breach these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Darzeena means you accept the revised terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
